Refund Policy

We have a strict NO REFUND & NO EXCHANGE policy.

As we are a secondhand furniture business, items are sold as seen. We will endeavour to upload as many pictures as possible of each item. If an item has a defect, it will also be uploaded. Please look closely at every picture before finalising your purchase.  

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
